With certifications from the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), a degree in Kinesiology from Boise State, and being a former collegiate soccer and track athlete, I am more than capable of helping you reach your goals whether it is endurance, strength, aesthetics, athletic performance, weight loss, or posture correction.
