Gym Location: Heart & Core Training Studio

Working out at a large gym with so many people can be difficult. Don't you wish you could have access to all of the equipment and have some privacy? This facility is only accessible to personal trainers and not the general public. During your sessions, you can expect to see only 2-3 other clients with their trainers.

 
 

Neurokinetic Therapy 

This Corrective movement system is a sophisticated bodywork modality that can be used as both an assessment and a rehabilitative technique.  this is a great tool i use to fix clients muscle imbalances and certain muscular injuries.

        Massage Gun

a massage gun uses a quick direct and rapid pulse to a targeted area of the body in order to work out deep tissue problems and shorten recovery time. 

 

     FAscial abrasive Tool

   the Fascial Abrasion Technique (FAT ) tool is used to both identify and to treat areas of fascial restriction.

   8 sessions $45 each session

 12 sessions $40 each session

Month to month (60 minute sessions)

   1/week  $50/session                          2/week  $40/session

   3/week  $35/session                          4/week  $30/session

Month to month (30 minute sessions)

   1/week  $35/session                          2/week  $30/session

   3/week  $25/session

Small group (limited to 2-3 people) $25/session per person.

Payments may be made once a month or split to twice a month.
