NEW LOCATION!  6423 West Ustick Road, Boise.  Thirty-five hundred square foot space with specialized equipment the big box gyms are missing.  Perfect specialized equipment to work with post-rehabilitation or prior injuries.  I work with athletes, weight loss, strength training, every age client with any limitation.  Only one other trainer, so much more COVID safe.

I was inspired to pursue fitness as a career because of the profound mental and physical effects it had on me. This led to aspirations of helping others experience these life changing benefits. With certifications from the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), a degree in Kinesiology from Boise State, and being a former collegiate soccer and track athlete, I am more than capable of helping you reach your goals whether it is endurance, strength, aesthetics, athletic performance, weight loss, or posture correction.
